Customise the look and domains of your view portals and rooms

Binder allows you to customize your links and document viewer to enhance your brand’s identity and present a professional image. Admins can access the Company Branding Settings page to enable these customizations.

Custom Branding Options

You can modify the following settings to personalize the experience for your audience:

Logo: Replace the default logo in the viewer with your company’s logo.

Brand color: Customize the accent color in the document viewer.

After making changes, hit “Save” to apply your custom branding.

Logo Recommendations

Follow these guidelines for optimal logo display:

• PNG format

• At least 60px tall, no wider than 320px

• Transparent or dark background

• Properly sized dimensions for clarity

Here’s how you can easily set up custom branding on Binder to reflect your brand identity:

1. Login or Create an Account

Start by logging into your Binder account. If you don’t have one yet, you can quickly sign up or use your Google account for instant access.

2. Access Settings

Once logged in, click on your profile avatar located at the top-right corner. From the dropdown menu, navigate to ‘Settings’.

3. Select the ‘Branding’ Section

In the settings menu, choose the ‘Branding’ option to access Binder's customization features.

4. Upload Your Logo

To update your logo, click on the ‘Logo’ option. Select ‘Choose File’, upload your desired logo, and click ‘Save’. Ensure your logo is in the proper format for the best visual results.

5. Set Your Brand Color

Next, click on ‘Brand Color’ to adjust the color scheme of your document viewer. Choose a color that aligns with your brand identity and hit ‘Save’ to apply the changes.

These customizations will immediately enhance the professional look and feel of your document viewer, making your content more recognizable and polished.

Setting a Custom Subdomain:

1. Login or Create an Account

Begin by logging into your Binder account. If you don’t have an account yet, sign up in seconds or use your Google account for instant access.

2. Navigate to Settings

Once logged in, click on your profile avatar at the top-right corner. In the dropdown menu, select ‘Settings’ to access Binder's admin features.

3. Go to the ‘Branding’ Section

In the settings panel, select the ‘Branding’ option to unlock Binder's customization tools.

4. Customize Your Subdomain and Branding

Under the 'Brand Setting' heading, you’ll find the option to personalize your subdomain. This preview gives you a real-time view of how the subdomain will appear to recipients when sharing files. Additionally, you can upload a custom logo to reinforce your brand's visibility.

5. Save and Go Live

Once you’ve configured your subdomain and logo, click ‘Save Changes’. These branding elements will immediately reflect in your shared files, delivering a cohesive and professional experience to your viewers.

This streamlined process not only ensures a professional brand presence but also enhances the recognition and trustworthiness of your shared documents.

Note: Changes will only reflect for visitors in new sessions after the update is saved.
