Why Delete a Folder?

Deleting a folder from your document management system removes all access to the folders, along with any visit data tied to those folders.

A confirmation prompt ensures the deletion is intentional, reducing the risk of accidental loss of important data.

How to Delete a Folder

1. Access the Folders Page

• Navigate to the “Files” section using the top menu bar.

2. Select the Folder

• Locate the folder you wish to delete.

3. Open the Options Menu

• Hover the cursor and click on the options icon (⋮) at the far right of the desired folder.

4. Choose “Delete Folder”

• Select “Delete Folder” from the dropdown list, it will be the last option.

5. Confirm Deletion

• In the confirmation prompt, click “Really Delete” to finalize removal. This ensures that access and data are permanently removed.
