Restrict Access: Advance Settings for Multiple Access

Set advanced controls for managing multiple access levels, ensuring only authorized users can view your files.

Take full control of your files by using Binder’s Allow Specified Viewers or Block Specified Viewers features to manage who can access your shared links.

- Allow Viewers: Limit access to specific email addresses. Only those on the allowed list will be granted entry, while others will be automatically denied showing them that the file is not available.

- Block Viewers: Prevent certain email addresses or domains from accessing your content. Anyone on the block list will be immediately restricted.

These features help ensure only the people you choose can view your shared materials.

Switching Between Access Methods

- When switching from Allow Specified Viewers to Block Specified Viewers, the listed email addresses and domains will be restricted from accessing the link.

- When switching from Block Specified Viewers to Allow Specified Viewers, the listed email addresses and domains will be granted access.

This flexibility let's you adjust who can view your content without having to recreate your access list.

Visit Notifications

Each time someone attempts to access a Binder link, you’ll receive a detailed email notification with information such as the time of the visit and the email addresses involved.

Depending on your configured preferences, the email will provide an option to instantly approve or deny access, putting control directly at your fingertips for fast, real-time adjustments.
