E-Signing with Binder.so is straightforward and easy. Here's how to do it:
1. Log in to your Binder.so account using your email or Google account.
2. On the top navigation menu, click on 'Files,' then select 'Upload Files.'
3. Once that is done, there will be two options; choose the 'Signable Documents' option.
4. Upload your document by either selecting it from your files or simply dragging it into the upload area.
5. After uploading, a side drawer will be accessible automatically for you to edit the document for e-signing before sharing it with your recipient/s.
6. On the right side, you'll see options to add signers. You can add up to 10 signers via the same.
7. Click "Continue" to add the required fields to the document, such as Signature, Date, Name, Email, or Custom Text.
8. Once you've added the fields, click 'Complete.'
Need to adjust or modify the fields before sharing your signable document? Here's how to do it
9. After clicking the 'Complete' button, the drawer will close. You’ll then need to click 'Create Link.' At the bottom, you'll see the field to enter the signer’s email address. Enter the email of the recipient/s before creating a new link.
10. Now, you can share the document with the signers. At the bottom of the menu, after entering your signers' email addresses and use Binder.so's multiple authentication features to secure your signable document and hit 'Create New Link' and the shareable link will be copied to your clipboard automatically.
